BOOKING T&C's
1. Bookings
-
Whilst booking isn't essential, we do recommend securing your space (especially in busier times) to avoid disappointment.
-
Each booking covers entry for one child and up to two accompanying adults.
-
Additional adults may be accommodated subject to space and must be booked separately.
-
For groups larger than 8 please contact us.
2. Age Suitability
-
Our main play area is designed for children aged 0–4 years.
-
Older siblings are welcome to enjoy the café area, but we politely ask that they do not enter the play zones - this helps keep it a calmer/safer space for the little ones.
3. Supervision
-
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times during their visit.
-
We cannot accept responsibility for accidents that may occur beyond our control.
-
Smaller toys may pose a choking hazard, it is your responsibility to make sure your child is playing with age appropriate toys.
-
Our staff are here to help, but they do not provide childcare.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.
-
Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking are non-refundable.
5. Arrival & Session Times
-
Please arrive promptly; your session will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time.
-
We can’t extend sessions for late arrivals, as this affects the next group.
6. Food & Drink
-
STRICTLY only food and drinks purchased at Cub may be consumed on site.
-
Food and drink is to be kept at tables and not to be taken into the play areas
-
Please ensure any spilt food or drink is cleaned up straight away - any excess spillages, let us know and we will assist.
-
The Cub kitchen is small and some food is prepared off site by suppliers, therefore we cannot guarantee our café is an allergen free zone. Ingredients in the food and drink purchased may have been exposed to allergens.
-
Please let us know about allergies when ordering.
7. Illness Policy
-
If your child is unwell, we kindly ask you to reschedule your visit.
-
This helps us keep the space safe and healthy for all families.
8. Dog Policy
-
Dogs are not permitted in the play or garden areas, to keep things safe for little ones.
-
Dogs are welcome to pass through if you’re grabbing takeaway or visiting the shop but must be supervised at all times.
9. Respecting the Space
-
We ask all guests (big and small!) to treat the toys, equipment, and space with care so everyone can enjoy a lovely experience.
-
We reserve the right to charge ‘cost price’ for any deliberate damage or damage from misuse of play equipment (this excludes general wear and tear)
-
Disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to leave, for the comfort of all guests.
10. Helping us keep Cub tidy
-
At Cub we believe it’s important to encourage tidying up before the end of each session. It not only encourages discipline, skills and a sense of responsibility from a young age, it also helps us prepare the room for the next session. We politely ask that you try to help keep the play area tidy where you can..
-
We have separate toilet and nappy changing facilities where we provide complimentary nappies and wipes. Please be mindful and leave these both in a clean and tidy condition after use.
11. Events
-
Event bookings must be made in advance and are confirmed once full payment is received.
-
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a refund (minus booking deposit).
-
Cancellations within 10 days are non-refundable, as we begin preparing in advance.
-
If we need to cancel or postpone an event for any reason, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking.
-
Please arrive promptly — events will begin at the advertised time.
-
Late arrivals may miss part of the session, and we’re unable to extend or repeat content.
-
Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult (unless stated otherwise).
-
If food is included, please notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking.
-
We can’t guarantee an allergen-free environment, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
-
We may take photos during events for our social media and marketing. If you’d prefer not to be included, just let a team member know on arrival.
