Join Lovely Lydia for a fun morning class learning to use lino-cutting tools to create your own lino block which we will then use to print onto fabric.

About the event
We will talk through how the materials work, what you need to carry on lino-cutting and printing fabric at home and where you can source tools and materials.
The main thing is to get you carving and printing!
I will also bring along my own linocut and woodcut printing blocks so you have a play! As well as scrap fabric to practice on you can print a tea towel and tote bag during the course… or take them away to print at home.
Everyone will receive a Lino Cutting Kit Box with all the tools and materials you will need for the class, which you can then take home with you. This box includes:
*5 Lino-cutting Tools * 2 pieces of Soft-Cut Lino * 1 Inking Tray *3 paint sponges * 50ml fabric paint 1 *blank tea towel *1 blank cotton tote bag
