About the event
Silver clay can be moulded into shape using a variety of tools but once fired the silver particles join together and the binder burns away leaving you with a fine silver (hallmarkable) piece of jewellery. Pure alchemy! In the class you will have 10g of silver clay included, which should make you between 1 and 3 pieces of jewellery. Some limited findings will be provided – such as a pair of ear wires to make earrings.

Toni Peers (Curly Girl Crafts) has a City and Guilds qualification in teaching adults as well as vast experience in running a variety of classes including, Felt Making, Encaustic Art, Enamelling, Flamework (making glass beads) and Silver Clay. Toni has been accepted into the Guild of Essex Craftsmen for her skills in Enamelling and Encaustic Art, she is also part of the Encaustic art…
