ENCAUSTIC ART FOR BEGINNERS | £85

Using an iron and other specially designed tools you will learn how to control molten wax to create vivid pictures – both abstract and landscape. You will paint at least 20, A6 sized pictures in this one day class and you will be given a card mount to frame one of your masterpieces, you’ll be amazed at what you create. Great for novice artists.

Toni Peers (Curly Girl Crafts) has a City and Guilds qualification in teaching adults as well as vast experience in running a variety of classes including, Felt Making, Encaustic Art, Enamelling, Flamework (making glass beads) and Silver Clay. Toni has been accepted into the Guild of Essex Craftsmen for her skills in Enamelling and Encaustic Art, she is also part of the Encaustic art teaching network. 

If we do not have a minimum of four people signed up to the workshop, we will inform you a week prior to the course and allow you to rearrange to attend at a later date.
